You can get as much happiness as you want, as much fun as you want, as much health you aim to make yourself to fit into, just by knowing the secret behind the scenes which we often don't observe which eventually make us feel low.
This is the time when we get stuck and could not find the way out. How can we change our mood?, how can we guide our own-self?, how can we have more fun and that also as much as we want? I'll be helping you figure out all the solutions to cure this problem just stay connected till the end.
We find our self stuck in some situation, some thought which is actually bothering us and we could not bear it and to find out the way to divert our mind what we really do is just end up digging our eyes in our cellphone. I am not saying that it is not the best possible solution but there are many ways or methods other than it which can make you feel more and more joyful and exhilarated with more pragmatic and realistic approaches to understand and apply whenever required in life.
Some medicines you can apply are:
1.PERSPECTIVE
Most of us see our self, moreover, our friends getting annoyed for not having the thing while the other does. In response it surely spoils the mood to wander happiness.
It is applicable to all age groups either a child, teenager or an adult.
For instance, in business people are envious or stressed thinking about not getting quantity of paycheck which they wished or didn't get the appreciation with what you did
putting full effort.
If we deeply look at this what we are doing is giving our mind easy way to find the areas in which it can annoyed and stressed. We our self are giving room for such things. To take the game into our grip just take a moment and sit without talking to someone of something. Think about the people who actually do not have legs to walk, to run, to enjoy.
Think of a person not having a finger to to pin-point on the cellphone like you. Think for the person not having hand to support the mobile phone in it and of those without feet to wear shoes and we people cry for these things? Do we people find it difficult to sacrifice cellphone, shoes after visualizing it ? Trust me, you can!
After visualizing this part look inside yourself and you will start feeling the abundance of what you actually have and which we do not reaslie. Don't you think that, we should thank the giver of all things- GOD?
Believe, me it will definately work for you because it have worked not only for me but most of the people, which actally found it amazing because you wil realise your role your perspective after one point.
2. AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity plays a vital role in changing your mood. One should be true(authentic) to his own self. You need to sit alone to think of the thoughts progressing in your mind. Take on thought at a time, visaulise it and then ask yourself wehther it the cause of the problem or not? Continue the process of thinking and visualizing which you have put on the slide show to find out the basic or the primary problem.
When you find that one, think of the root-cause, means the particular comment or thing you saw and was disgusting.
And, the amazing part will be to find the specific person who brought that thought and there can only be two people;
- you
- some outsider.
If the option is the former one, dilute the problem by using first step while to approch the latter point figure it out like this ..
REJECTION=SUCCESS
FAILURE=GROWTH
IRRITATION=MYSTERY
If someone fails you, look at it with the growth perspective, if you get rejected, you are getting closer to your success because only those people are rejected who have the courage to take up the path less travelled and people feel they are not doing something common and feel like rejecting you. This is where you become extraordinary because Rejection=Success.
If you are uncomfortable in any situation means irritation is the cause. That is why I emphasise to find the root-cause of that problem because behind irritation is mystery, somewhere waiting for you to be figured out.
And, obviously by failing you get a chance to grow in some point. These all points are only possible if you make youself a true campanion of your own self.
CAUTION: DON'T MISGUIDE YOUR MIND BECAUSE IT ONLY LISTENS TO YOU.
3.DON'T ALLOW
Your brain need to adapt this word 'don't allow' because in this word mystery is located.
This is how it works with the affirmation that:
"No one can harm you until you allow them to harm you!" -Mahatma Gandhi
Don't allow the precious space in your mind to be occupied with the dirt (poor thoughts), (comments), (negativity).
Now, how not to allow the dirt to enter?
Visualize two barriers protecting your brain on the boundary of your mind which act upon the things which you don't want to hear and
dirctly kick the dirt away.
Even if they entered pour them in bin from left ear if entered from right side which will definately make you feel light as nothing will be left to put burden on your brain and you'll be left happy.
4.JOURNAL
What one can do to change his/her mood is to take up journal or any notebook, I know you must have listenened to it plethora of times but I wonder how many of you have actally tried it because it really acts as a cure of the problem. So, write down your feelings at that moment of what you are feeling.
What will happen is that all the things with which your mind was loaded will be lowered and you will feel as light as feathers in the sky.
It is also applicable in the situations of grudges and so as you can pick a white crisp page and just start writing whatever you feel instead of telling it to the person for whom you are feeling so, because it will wander his mood even. Just quickly write it and tear off the page in nearby bin and observe for a moment that it actally works and you'll feel stress free and happy.
5.PLANET
Planet plays an integral role in this part as one can easily go to walk in the woods, listening to some music which cherish your mood. Observe the trees while walking and if you love to listen to birds chirping even the slow and steady moment of tress it will really relax you. Listen to the leaves clashing with the branches and can even try gardenening or any thing in the nature that makes you drive closer to love and happiness.
Now, let me tell you that these all things are practical and I myself have experienced it. Not only me but also most of the people who have tried this experienced magic in there lives.
